Essa faixa de temperatura é normal para um 7700X. A temperatura máxima para ele é de 95º.
Caso deseje reduzir um pouco a temperatura (para o caso do seu gabinete não ter uma ventilação muito boa) é possível fazer o undervolt do processador, desta forma ele irá limitar pouca coisa da velocidade máxima da CPU em troca de uma temperatura melhor.
Recomendo pesquisar como realizar essa alteração na BIOS da sua placa mãe e testar se fica mais adequado pra você.
