Basta usar a extensão Browsec VPN configurando para os EUA, depois disso, abra o YouTube, e pesquise o que quiser, que estará desbloqueado. 

Android

Também com o mesmo VPN, o Browsec VPN, também está disponível para download na Play Store, é só baixar o app e configurar para os EUA.
