Boa tarde, Tentei diversas formas de corrigir esse erro, todas foram em vão. Tudo indicar que algo foi corrompido durante a instalação. A solução que encontrei foi a seguinte:   Realizando um  Upgrade no Windows 10 versão 1909   Baixe o upgrade do Windows 10 neste link da Microsoft:  http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209 Abrirá uma janela de instalação para você . Você terá a opção de formatar ou instalar mantendo os arquivos. Concorde com os termo
