Modo de Segurança no ps4

Então, eu tenho meu ps4 e sempre teve quedas de luz e ele desligava, e tinha uma reinicialização normal. todavia, hj teve queda de luz e ele entrou nesse tal modo de Segurança pedindo para eu por meio de um dispositivo USB atualizar o ps4 para a versão 7.0. Porem eu não to conseguindo alguem poderia me ajudar. Só quero jogar meu overwatch xD

Dai eu atualizo, ai ele reinicia e pede pra atualizar de novo.
