Então, questão de barulho tem a possibilidade do problema não ser o HD, mas simplesmente poeira no PS4.

O meu começou a fazer barulho do cooler sempre que ligava, levei na assistência técnica pra limpar e trocar a pasta térmica e ficou top top ?

Maaaas, se for, de fato, problema no HD, tem vários tutoriais bacanas ensinando a trocar o HD, temos inclusive um tutorial feito pela própria Sony:
