Lag de Multiplayer no minecraft Singleplayer

Sabe quando vc está em um servidor com a internet ruim e vc quebra blocos e eles voltam a aparecer, os mobs ficam parados e vc nao consegue bater, etc? 

Isso começou a aparecer no meu minecraft singleplayer a partir da versao 1.8, no 1.7 era de boa. 

Naquela epoca nao achei solução e parei de jogar achando q o problema era meu mc msm (apesar de não ter lag de fps), hj em dia voltei a jogar na versão 1.14(em outro notebook melhor) e o problema ainda existe, nao na mesma intensidade mas existe e é mt chato, alguem saberia resolver esse problema? 

Uso o laucher Shiginima mas acho que o problema não está nele.

@Joojjooj Brother, acredito que é seu Launcher mesmo, porque se não me engano Shiginima não suporta 1.12+

Nós usamos o TLauncher, roda que é uma maravilha, e online da pra ver skin da galera tbm.

Faça um teste, crie uma conta no site do TLauncher, coloque uma skin também.
