Meu Forge não roda o mine craft com mais ram doq ue 400MB

Eai tudo bom? Esse tópico aqui é sobre minecraft. Tô com um certo problema no meu forge, sempre que quero jogar um modpack ele não funciona com mais de 400 Mb mesmo que eu mude nas opções do meu technic não vai, ja tentei mudar a versão do Java ja mudei na JVM e tudo mas nunca muda seja no technic ou no mincraft normal
