Colocar o CS:GO em proporção 4:3 esticando a tela.

Boa tarde, estou tentando colocar meu CS:GO em proporção 4:3 porem fica com as faixas pretas ao lado, gostaria de esticar, meu PC e um NotBook nitro 5 AN515-51 com uma GTX 1050 Ti, porem os tutorias que vi fala para ir no painel da NVIDIA e mudar para tela cheia, porem no meu painel nao mostra o monitor. 
Gostaria de saber o que fazer.

No meu caso não tem essa opção no painel da NVIDIA,  Mostra somente (Configuração 3D) e ( Desenvolvedor), consegue me ajudar ?
