Tranferir personagem e conquistas GTA5 Xbox 360 para Xbox one x

Boa tarde pessoal.Sou novo  no fórum e precisode ajuda.Comprei um xbo one x para meu filho,o qual possuia um xbox 360.Ele gosta de jogar GTA 5.Eu gostaria de saber como faço para tranferir o personagem + conquistas para o console atual.Já vinculei a conta no social club,fiz o que pedira em alguns videos e tutoriais,mas quando entro no jogo e selseciono o modo online e e vou procurar transferir personagem ,não aparece?Peço ajud de vocês.Agradeço desde já.
