Na prática, eu priorizaria nesta ordem: processador forte, 32 GB de RAM, SSD NVMe e uma placa de vídeo compatível com o nível de jogo e edição que você quer fazer. Em edição, principalmente, CPU e memória pesam bastante; em jogos, a GPU costuma mandar mais, então o ponto certo depende do tipo de uso que vai ser mais frequente.
O que eu buscaria num upgrade ou montagem
CPU: algo com bom desempenho em multitarefa e núcleos suficientes para edição. RAM: 32 GB como ponto de partida confortável; 16 GB já começa a apertar em edição mais séria. GPU: escolher conforme a resolução e os jogos que você pretende jogar. Armazenamento: SSD NVMe para sistema, programas e projetos ativos. Fonte e placa-mãe: qualidade e margem para upgrades futuros. Se eu fosse resumir em uma regra simples: não economize demais na base do PC. Um bom processador, memória suficiente e uma fonte decente costumam fazer mais diferença no longo prazo do que gastar tudo só na placa de vídeo. Para quem quer jogar e editar, esse equilíbrio normalmente entrega a melhor experiência.
