O meu radmin fica dando um erro 1603 toda vez q tento usar ele pra jogar meu mine, e nao encontrei nenhum video explicando sobre isso.  Se alguem souber me ajude pfv pra eu poder jogar meu minezinho com meus amigos

Você tem mais detalhes? qual sistema operacional está usando? quando exatamente ocorre o erro? 

pode ser muitas coisas, a versão do sistema incompativel, permissão de admin na hora de executar, drivers da interface corrompidos... etc.
