Então, meu PS4 desliga do nada, já levei no conserto 3 vezes e nada. Quando ele desliga, aparecem umas linhas pretas horizontais na tela, como se fosse um indicativo. Uma vez encostei na parte fosca de cima do PS4 (A que é maior) e as mesmas linhas apareceram, alguém sabe o que é esse problema e como resolvê-lo?

@Vinícius Soares Está com cara de ser algum capacitor estufado. Já tentou realizar testes simples como substituição da fonte ou cabos?

Já troquei o cabo da fonte, e também já foi realizada a limpeza dela, mas o problema continua.

@Vinícius Soares Seu PS4 está instalado em um lugar arejado? Pode ser super aquecimento, então por segurança o PS4 desliga para evitar danos no hardware.

Tente utilizar um ventilador voltado para o PS4 para dissipar o calor em volta.
