problema com problem

Olá, estou com um problema no meu xOne, fiz o teste detalhado de internet e alcançou 99mb/s (meu plano) porém quando vou fazer um download ele alcança menos de 1mb/s

alguém sabe resolver?

@Arthur Bahia O teste de velocidade foi feito em seu próprio XBOX?

Está usando CABO ou WIFI? Caso seja WIFI sabe informar se a rede é 2.4ghz ou 5ghz?
