No PC fazendo o teste de velocidade o upload está com 25 Mb e quando faço pelo Xbox one fica com upload 9 Mb . Alguém sabe como resolver isso?

@Markus Thadeu Martins De Melo Provavelmente seja sua REDE. 

Se estiver no WIFI usando 2.4ghz vai ficar baixo mesmo. O ideal é testar direto no CABO.

Agora se mesmo no CABO continuar, aí é questão de limitação do vídeo game.
