     Crie um novo arquivo de texto e chame-o: rarreg.key abra-o e cole os seguintes dados:

     Escolha 'Salvar como' > Todos os arquivos e nomeie-o como rarreg.key (no caso de você ter criado um arquivo .txt)
     Segure a tecla windows e r ou apenas pesquise no windows search “run” e digite: C:\Program Files\WinRAR para entrar no diretório WinRAR.
     Copie e cole o rarreg.key neste diretório e confirme como administrador




    Agora você tem licença vitalícia.
