Como renomear banco de dados com CPanel Se você é uma pessoa organizada como eu, e precisa renomear um banco de dados por alguma razão, esse é o procedimento. 1. Acesse o CPANEL da sua HOSPEDAGEM. 2. Vá em MYSQL. 3. Localize o banco de dados, na coluna AÇÕES clique em EDITAR ou RENAME. 4. Digite o nome desejado. Caso esse banco esteja em uso, é importante atualizar também o arquivo de conexão da aplicação, no meu caso foi o Wordpress, então editei o wp_config.
