Trainer is for SOLO and OFFLINE modes.

Easy Craft:
May help craft things when you don't have all the materials.

Unlimited Use:
When using, dropping, equipping, consuming, just about anything that would remove an item from inventory will NOT happen if this is on.  You can creatively use this in many ways.

Madness:
Check the value in the CHARACTER window in the MENU.

GK Skill Points:
Note that this value will revert to it's real value after saves and loads.  Howver, you can still change it to higher to unlock things.
