If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Notes

This game is protected with Easy Anti Cheat.  To use the trainer, you will need to replace the file:

start_protected_game.exe

Usually here:

C:\Steam\steamapps\common\ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON\Game

With the file included with this trainer, then run the game normally through STEAM.

If some options, like health, appear to not be working, the game may have overwritten and corrected it's game code, which is also an anti cheat feature of this game.    If you see that happen, PAUSE THE GAME, then TOGGLE OFF ALL OPTIONS, then CLOSE THE TRAINER, then RUN THE TRAINER AGAIN, then toggle back on all options.

Freeze Mission Timer:
Leave OFF until the timer appears and runs a few seconds.
