Activating this trainer

If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

     NumPad1: Invulnerable 
     NumPad2: Invisible
     NumPad3: Unlimited Health 
     NumPad4: Unlimited Ammo
     NumPad5: No Reload
     NumPad6: Super Zoom
     NumPad7: Rapid Fire
     NumPad8: No Recoil
     NumPad9: Super Accuracy 
     Multiply: Super Damage
     Add: Unlimited Skill Points
     Subtract: Unlimited EXP
     Decimal: Fly
     Divide: No Clip
     F1: Hover Player Higher
     F2: Hover Player Lower
     F3: Increase Player Speed
     F4: Decrease Player Speed
     F5: Set Normal Player Speed

# Enemy  
     F6: Suspend Enemy Fire Rate
     F7: Decrease Enemy Speed
     F8: Increase Enemy Speed
     F9: Freeze Enemies
     F10: Set Normal Enemy Speed

# Teleport 
     F11: Save Position Slot 1 - F20: Restore Position Slot 5

Notes

Invisible:
Enable it before entering the enemy zone,in some scripted events such as after breaking the door might not work properly.

No Clip:
This option wouldn't work without 'Fly' and be sure to disable it before deactivating 'Fly'.

Hover Player Higher:
After enabling 'Fly' you can use this to go higher in the air.

Hover Player Lower:
After enabling 'Fly' you can use this to go lower in the air.
